From 23 to 26 September 2026, Port Hercule will once again become one of the key meeting points for the international superyacht industry, hosting Monaco Yacht Show 2026.
Over four days, Monaco will bring together yacht owners, prospective buyers, charter clients, shipyards, brokers, designers and specialists involved in almost every stage of a yacht project.
The scale of the show is considerable: the organiser announces more than 120 superyachts, more than 60 luxury tenders in the Dockside Area and over 560 professional exhibitors.
But if you are seriously considering buying, building, refitting or chartering a yacht, the value of Monaco Yacht Show is not in trying to see everything. It is far more important to see the right yachts and meet the right specialists.

What can you see at Monaco Yacht Show 2026?
Superyachts are naturally at the heart of the show. The official website announces around 120 superyachts presented in Monaco for sale, charter and visits.
The first published 2026 fleet list already included 43 yachts delivered in 2026, giving visitors the opportunity to discover a significant selection of the latest generation of superyachts.
But Monaco Yacht Show is much more than an exhibition of completed yachts. Shipyards, brokerage companies, naval architects, designers, yacht-management companies, equipment manufacturers and other specialists involved in yacht construction, purchase and operation are all represented.
The dedicated Adventure Area focuses on tenders, water toys and equipment associated with the contemporary superyacht world.
Can you board any yacht?
Not automatically.
A valid pass gives access to the relevant areas of the show, but does not guarantee access aboard every yacht or tender. Boarding is arranged by the exhibiting company.
If there are particular yachts you want to inspect, it is far more effective to arrange the visits in advance than to try to organise all your meetings after arriving in Monaco.
If you are considering buying a yacht
This is where Monaco Yacht Show can be particularly valuable for a prospective owner.
Photography, technical specifications and virtual tours are useful when creating an initial shortlist, but only an onboard visit allows you to assess the real volumes, circulation between spaces, relationship between interior and exterior areas and how well the layout corresponds to your plans.
Comparing several relevant yachts directly in Port Hercule allows you to assess:
- layout and ease of movement;
- interior and exterior spaces;
- separation between guest and crew areas;
- deck configuration;
- suitability for private use or charter;
- the real differences between competing concepts.
It is therefore far more productive to arrive at the show with a pre-selected shortlist of suitable yachts than to try to inspect the entire fleet.
Yacht ServiceAzur can also accompany you during Monaco Yacht Show and provide expert guidance on yachts pre-selected according to your criteria. This preparation helps make your visit more focused and productive, allowing you to concentrate on the models that genuinely correspond to your requirements and expectations.
Buying, building or refitting: meeting the right specialists
Monaco Yacht Show is not limited to completed yachts.
The exhibitors include specialists in shipbuilding, brokerage, naval architecture, design, yacht management, equipment and specialised services. If you are considering a new-build project or refit, the show allows you to compare not only yachts, but also the teams and expertise behind the projects.
The official exhibitor list continues to be updated ahead of the show, so identifying the companies that interest you in advance can make your meetings in Monaco considerably more productive.
Chartering a yacht during your stay in Monaco
You do not need to be planning a yacht purchase to visit Monaco Yacht Show.
If you are travelling to Monaco and would like to continue the yachting experience on the water, chartering a yacht before or after the show allows you to go beyond Port Hercule and experience Monaco and the French Riviera from the sea.
Dates, number of guests, departure port, cabin requirements, itinerary, charter duration and budget all influence the choice of yacht.
Yacht ServiceAzur assists with yacht selection and charter organisation in Monaco and across the French Riviera.
What to remember before travelling
Do not measure the success of your Monaco Yacht Show visit by the number of yachts you manage to board.
Start by defining your objective. If you are considering a purchase, identify the most relevant yachts in advance. If your project involves a new build or refit, determine which shipyards, designers and specialists you want to meet. If charter is your priority, focus on the relevant yachts and market professionals.
The official yacht and exhibitor lists continue to be updated ahead of the show, so check the latest information before travelling.
